“GENOCIDE – AFRIKANER FARM KILLINGS” [Part 2]
“VOLKSMOORD”
“INTRODUCTION”
This is a topic that generates great media energy, I wish to advise the politicians and media, that may wish to address me, with regard to my dissertation, is that I am addressing these issues, firstly to the G20, 2025 President, and the members of the G20 Extraordinary Committe, addressin the Global Inequality Emergency, part of my interest, is that if we can’t eradicate corruption, with will never eradicate poverty, and since 2010 / 2011 when I first asked myself “who were we as a nation before 1913, and how did we move as a nation from 1913 to 2013, I have not stopped addressing all the evil, so, every comment that I make, is in the interest of Africanist Resurrection, for Sub-Saharan Africa, and we need every bit of support, and EMPATHY we can muster, so the time for racists attackes are over, let us focus our minds on how we recover, note, I am not taling about how we move forward, how do we recover from the evil that befell us?
May I first ask you to open the Genocide Definition and Discussion I remind you
Lemkin Definition of Genocide; Lemkin defined “genocide” as a coordinated plan of actions aimed at destroying the essential foundations of life of national groups, with the goal of annihilating the groups themselves. This is very simple to understand; it requires the following criteria:
- A coordinated plan of actions:
- aimed at destroying the essential foundations of life, of national groups,
- with the goal of annihilating the groups themselves.
The attachment will take you throught the “Coordinated Plan of Actions”, the “Essential Foundations of Life” and what is meant with the “goal of annihilating the group”.
Firstly, people tend to think that I am blaming the ANC / State for the acts of Genocide, which I do not, I blame the ‘Neo-Liberalist-Economic-Elite’ who may have an economic intersest, and they may influence sectors in the Political-Elite, not to take action on an ‘Economic-Philosophy’ that may slowly be removing a national group, who is not in the interest of the Neo-Liberalist, as I have shown in AR04, the “Friends Killing Friends” is not being addressed, and I ask, in whose interest is that problem not being addressed.
As Barefoot Scientist, I do not address this issue in the interest of the Afrikaner Nation, and over the past six years, I believe, I have not interacted with the group Afriforum, Solaridateitm Kallie Kriel, Ernst Roets, so I have no personal involvement.
Nor do I make this statemen, to support Donald Trump’s correct averment that Genocide is being committed.
This discussion is aimed at saving the South African Nation from destruction, or as Ronnie Kasrils, in his comment on Neo-Liberalism, published in “The Guardian” 24 June 2013, under the Category “OPINION” ‘ANC’ (African National Congress) says!!! “The pact with the devil needs to be broken.”

Since the USA / South Africa conflict breaks, over the US President Donald Trump, supporting the “Boer” white farmer’s complaints regarding the ‘farm killings’ that is taking place, the South African Politicians, the Media, every person who comments on the issue, will loudly claim that Donald Trump is wrong, no Genocide is taking place in South Africa, and somewhere in the comments, Rwanda is used to motivate the South African denial.
I have provided evidence that the “Friends Killing Friends” clearly confirms that the Afrikaner Farm Killings, is not part of what the Politicians, Mr Johan Rupert, and the Media claim, and that they are all at the same risk, as the 27 000 homocides are, and that the Black Farmers are also dying, and therefore, the Afrikaner has no more reason to fear, than all South Africans.
I submit that the Politicians homidices, must be seen as abnormal, and the fact that the Politicians / State have declared these killings as abnormal, and have correctly appointed task teams to address the ‘Politician Killings’. The fact that the State refer to the Political Homicides, as ‘Political Killings’ is indicative of the fact that these ‘Killings’ have a common motive, unlike a typical murder, and thus I submit that the Afrikaner Farm homidice, too is a “Killing’
The “Friends Killing Friends”, is more than 50% of all homicides, thus removing the Afrikaner Farm Killings from the ‘we are all at the same risk’.
In addition, the “Friends Killing Friends” take place in the Metropolitan Areas, and not in the Rural areas, thus removing the Afrikaner Farm Killings from the ‘we are all at the same risk’
I submit my edited diagram, above, the “KILLING FIELDS” note the credits top left,

I submit that the concentration Killing Field, is on the Circle that carries the symbol, AR 11, and AR13, which are the arrest percentages for 2017, in those two Police Areas. That is the Arrest % in the Killing Fields, the lowest in the Country.
Listening to businessman, Mr. Johan Rupert, supporting the South African State President’s declaration that Genocide is not taking place, the Honourable Mr Johan Rupert declares that the farm murders, are but one of the thousands of murders taking place in South Africa, and Mr Johan Rupert, identifies the Cape Flats as one of the worst crime infested regions in the Country, the area referred to by Mr Johan Rupert in the bottom square, with the initials JR.
In my presentation, I show City of Cape Town, 1 Farm Murder, = 1,35% of the sample period, and the Community Reported Crimes for this area is 20,2%.
I submit that, is we use Mr Johan Rupert’s claim that the farm murders, are typical of all crimes in the Country, then we should be able to extrapolate from there, I compare the Jhb / Pta area, where Community reported crimes are 38,2%, so the 1,35% Cape Farm Murders, multiplied by the 38,2% Jhb/Pta Com-Crimes, divided by the 20,2% Com Reported Crimes in Cape, by extrapolation, for the white farm murders to qualify as an equal crime, in the Jhb / Pat area, we should only have 2,55% of the farm murders, that should have taken place in the Johannesburg / Pretoria area, whereas we have 56,8% of the farm murders taking place there, showing that the Boer Farm Killings are not taking place, in the trend of other Homicides.
To reach equality with Cape Town, labelled by Mr Johan Rupert, as a high crime area, as comparison, the total farm murders during this period, should have reduced from 74 to 42;
The line from North to South, I think added by PoliticsWeb, is fairly accurate, I draw the line from west to east, and in the North East of the Country, we have isolated 95% of the Farm Murders
South Africa Homicide Compared to Sub-Saharan Africa,
These statistics, are what the researchers in the “Brother Killed Brother” homicide, should have included in their findings on:
I have not compared with the total Sub-Saharan Africa, in the table below, I have included Lesotho with South Africa, in sub “a”, as their homicide rate is almost as high as South Africa, their population far smaller, but their population, surrounded by South Africa, a large portion of the population employed on the South African gold mines, and employed in other sectors of the South African Economy. The Lesotho population, would have suffered similar disturbances, and very much part of South Africa social interaction.
Sub-b, are the neighbouring Countries, with a line drawn from Anglo through to Mozambique, and the Countries where the 1970 to 1990 cross-border conflict took place, I am surprised that their Homicide rates any higher, this is a clear indication, that the South African and Lesotho populations, had disturbances pre-1976, that impacted on the populations, and prejudices, that were carried through the 1970 to 1994 period.
Sub-c, are countries to the North, from Zimbabwe to Kenya, and their Homicide rates are pretty similar to the Sub-b group, indicating that the Colonization and Poverty process impact on Homicide can be attributed to the level of 4.454 per/100 000, and that South Africa, has a homicide rate of 40/100000, which is abnormal, and a South African issue alone.

The statistical presentation of “% Death by Age-Group in South Africa”, that follows, removes the ‘Boer’ Farm Killings from the ‘just normal crime’ scenario, that gives every citizen in South Africa the same chance of dying, as told by the State President, Cyril Ramaphosa, the leader of the Opposition, the Honourable Steenhuis, the Minister of Agriculture, and the Honourable richest in South Africa, Mr Johan Rupert, to President Donald Trump.

From what can be seen from this “% Death by Age-Group in South Africa” those farmers, who are reaching the age of retirement, are targetted.
The 3rd force, directing operations, is obviously using perpretartors, who will find it easier to target the elder, which is in conflict with the National Crime stats.
This clearly indicates that there is a defined selection process, if there was no selection process, the homocides would have followed the National Homocide patterns as reflected in the statistices of the South African male and female.
ABNORMAL HOMICIDE RATE OF ELDERLY FEMALES:
What is of great concern to South Africa and the world, is the fact that the female elderly homocide rate is so much higher than their male counterparts, from the age of 60, clearly indicating that this group is outside of the normal crime scenario, and must be addressed seperatly, and urgently. We have a scenario where, elderly woman are being targeted for their assets / property.
Boer Farm Killings:
As Barefoot Scientist, I no longer refer to the Boer / Afrikaner ‘Farm Murders’ taking place in South Africa, as ‘murder’, I now brand them as “Killing” when mutilation / disfigurement, / dehumanizing takes place during the process of killing a person, it no longer qualifies as a murder in my opinion.
“Sending a message”
Such act, is typically an act of war, an act of revolution, and it is aimed at sending a message, to others in that group, that they will suffer the same fate, if they do not separate themselves from the group.
“Such Act, requires meticulous planning”
I quote from as 1998 paper on the Violent Attacks on Farmers in SA.
VIOLENT ATTACKS ON FARMERS IN SOUTH AFRICA: IS THERE A HIDDEN AGENDA[1]?
Benjamin Haefele Centre for Military Studies University of Stellenbosch
MODUS OPERANDI FOLLOWED BY ATTACKERS
The attackers are usually armed with handguns, knives or pangas when they enter the farm. They plan the attacks carefully and usually arrive during the day. In most attacks they wait for the family inside the house after gaining access by forced entry.
The attackers usually wait for the right moment when there is less activity, before attacking the farmer.
Farmers are also attacked when they go out at night to switch off electrical equipment or tend to sick animals.
Attackers often pretend to buy farm produce, after which they gain access to the property and summarily attack the family.
In some cases, the attackers drive around in the vicinity of the farm to gain information regarding movements and routines.
Workers are often questioned about activities on the farm and they innocently pass such information on to the prospective perpetrator.
PLANNING:
It is important that I discuss the necklacing that took place between 1984 and 1994, I spent many, many days walking the Streets of Sharpeville, Sebokeng, and Evaton, seeing, listening, and videoing, and what takes place in the Necklacing, required planning, the logistics, the groups having functions to perform, the ropes, the petrol, the tyres, all ready to move, when the time was right.
I quote from my 2010 writings:
The level of necklacing that took place during the period 1984 to 1994. That this necklacing was conducted by the youth, and if they were not directly involved, they could not avoid witnessing it. This necklacing will impact on any person who was nearby; many will tell you they still can’t talk about it without getting the stench of burning flesh in their nostrils.
Cedric: “Dick, what can you tell me about the necklacing that took place during the 1980’s?”
Dick: “No me I was part of the people of Necklacing, Necklacing we started in 1985, why we started Necklacing, there were black people selling other black people, they are going to the white people and saying, today the ANC are going to do this, and then the white people they are coming to shoot us, then we are saying, that people they listen to what we are saying, then they are going to the white people, then they shoot us, then we start giving them necklace.”
Dick now takes me to an open space where the necklacing took place; it was a ceremonial square, wide open space, and one large rock in the centre, the rock, like some sacrificial alter, was where the victims were tied, in such a manner that the victim could be tortured, till they revealed every bit of information, and then suffered their final fate.
“You see here sir, when we are starting in the location, if you are a Muswhembi, Inkhata, whatever, we are coming, we are coming, we catch you in the location, we are coming here, we are coming here, (indicating where the rock was positioned, talking to me while members of the community, obviously aware of what Africa Dick is about to tell me, listen intently), we are coming here to starting what … there is this big brick, so big, we tie you to it, and we are start torturing you, torturing you hard, then when we are finished we put some petrol on you and some tyres and then we burn you.”
“When you say torture, what do you do to torture?”
“We are taking some bricks, some stones, some hammers, whatever we can get, then we are putting it on you, (Dick indicates how they would have been hitting the victim with the described objects,) we hit you, we hit you, we hit you, after all we put a little petrol and make a fire on top of your feet, and we burn you little bit, ‘haai wena, tell the truth, what is happening, where is this man? .. Where is this one? … And if you are not telling the truth, we are burning you again, because you don’t want to talk the truth.”
“So what you are trying to tell me is that Necklacing was not just Necklacing, you were not just Necklacing you were torturing, and burning them a little bit to try and get information out of them.”
“Yes sir, if we say to you, you are a Muswhembi, you are a Muswhembi, and then if you are a Muswhembi, we come to you and we are taking you and say, hey Muswhembi where is broth … your friend, where is your another friend, and if you are not telling the truth we must take you, if you do not talk the truth to us, we are starting to say you must put the truth out, we are starting to hit you, we are starting to burn you … then he say haai, he is starting to shout, we are saying you must put the truth out, … hey. Ok gents, I will be telling you the truth, then we are starting to listen, we wait a little bit to listen, you are talking the names, Mushwlati, haai, Twaaie, … understand you call them like that, then we start to burn you, and when we start to burn you, and when you are starting to burn we leave you there, and start again, Hosh, Hosh, (by now Dick is dancing in Toyi-Toyi motion, left hand stretched high, finger pointing, first to the heaven, and then in the direction of the next victim, you can see that Dick is reliving the past.) Hosh, Hosh, we are going to fetch another one. With a bad-luck, with another one, the cops is on top of him, and his a run away his a runaway with the cops … but mudder the house is still there, we are going for the house, for the kids, if you are a bad person on top of a black man, mudder, we go for you, we will burn you.”
“What did the police do when the Necklacing took place?”
“No the police they come after the job, (note how often much of what was taking place in the scenario, is considered ‘the job’), after the job, and when they are coming straight to us, we put the petrol backs at them, (indicating the throwing of a petrol bomb at the police), and we are shooting backs to him, and they will never come closer, because also they are afraid of that thing, understand, …… 1980 was bad.”
“How many children were involved in the Necklacing?”
“Sir, I can say the whole ‘lokasie’, the whole ‘lokasie, they are Toyi-Toyi’ng, (breaking into a Toyi-Toyi), just to catching you, because they you say you don’t do a right for the Africans, now the Africans they are cross, now what they try to do, they want to catch you and ask why you do not do the right thing for the Africans, because our black Government give you money to do for the blacks but what do you do?
President Ramaphosa, and the Honourable Members of Parliament, any person who witnessed / participted in a ‘necklacing’, would have needed a support structure to free the mind, and not only the individual, the individuals family, and their descendants. This is one of the main problems in South Africa.
As a South African I listened to the description and details of necklacing, it was chilling, other than brief newspaper articles in the pre-1994 period, I understood very little, the number of children involved, and the manner in which the victims were tortured before being burnt, is why the few that I have tried to talk about it during the years found it difficult to talk about it; “I can’t talk about it, the stench of burnt flesh comes to my nostrils.”
Necklacing was taking place in a very structured, yet unstructured manner. On one hand, political ‘sell-outs’ almost knew that the time had come, even alleged ‘sell-outs‘ were pimped by a competing political activists, those councillors seen to be eating with the whites, and many necklaced within the ‘criminal groups’ using the necklacing to get rid of opposition under the guise of politics.
Over the years, those I interacted with, we will always draw each-others attention to bodies found in the black areas, the news will mention ‘burnt’. An indication of a tyre, but never would the word ‘necklacing’ be used by the media, all these attacks, are aimed at warning others in the groups, but in the four or five mentioned in reports over the years, they have either taken place on a mine-dump, a waste-dump, or some isolated corner, the act never seen, but the message clear, the intention is not just to murder, else the knife or gun would have been used, and to get to these locations that I describe, imagine the logistics to move the victim, the tyre, the petrol and ropes, to these spaces, not just to murder, but to send a message.
I quote from a stucy quoted above:

ama’buru
I am of the Opinion that the Honourable Mr Malema, who so wrongfully sings the song, “Kill the Farmer / Kill the Boer”, did not participate or even witness a “Necklacing kill”, if he did, he would not sing the song, he would know that the ama’buru was the police, and from 1984, in the Townships the only police that were seen, were the ‘Security Police’.
‘die Boere’
As far back as the early 1950s, living in a bilingual English / Afrikaans community, of Westdene, neighbour to Sophiatown, the South African Police, were referred to, behind their backs by the young English of course, as ‘die Boere’, (the farmers), and this relates to the fact that when the Nationalist Party became the Government in 1948, the English were phased out of the Police, and replaced with young unemployed Afrikaans farmers.
This reference to ‘die Boere’ by the white community, would have filtered via those black people who worked in the white areas, into the Townships over time, when I asked Afrika Dick, why he referred to them as ama’buru he did not associate them with being Afrikaans, or a farmer, to him they were white, and they were police, and to him, just like when I was young, that is what we called them, ‘die Boere”.
****
Today, 18 April 2025, as I present this aspect, the conservative, on a class alliance including white workers and farmers, is the group that I see as part of the AfriForum / Solidariteit group, who had been reclassified as the lower class Afrikaner, by the Bourgeois Afrikaner, who moves into the English Capitalist world, and this desire to protect themselves and their Language appears to have developed when the Class Restructuring takes place in the 1970s, this group was being attacked by the Bourgeois Afrikaner, part of the Economic Elite, since the 1970s, and all our attacks today, would be influenced by the Economic Elite,
Now according to the Author, page 151 to 153; he discusses the limits to which the liberal Nationalists would go:
Page 153 The Limits to transformation
Thus, any federation created by the National Party is likely to be nothing more than a system of unrepresentative, multiracial regional oligarchies. In sum, the National Party seems unable to defend South African capitalism through a liberal solution putting state power into the hands of a neo-colonial black elite. The NP cannot opt for a neo-colonial solution because it represents colonists who do not intend to leave.
NOTE THIS IMPORTANT COMMENT:
This comment that I have presented in bold print, the NP cannot opt for a neo-colonial solution because it represents colonists who do not intend to leave,
and here I can talk as one of the colonists who do not intend to leave, in 1982, the NP was not prepared to consent to the Neo-Liberalism that was being introduced throughout the world, as there were some white NP supporters who did not intend to leave.
The SAR author, by making this statement, as a final word on transformation, is making it very clear that the Neo-Liberalism philosophy knows that the philosophy will hurt the majority of the population, so de Klerk was worried about me as a white colonist, why was the Liberal, who was in favour of the neo-colonial black elite, not concerned about the damage that would be done to the majority of our population.
The liberals seek a political and economic system accommodating enough to attempt to incorporate the ANC and co-opt aspirant bourgeois elements from all races.
As indicated in SAR in 1983 the ANC were their -colonial bourgeois
******
Now Genocide:
AfriForum, Solidariteit, and Erns Roets are being attacked in the wake of their visits to the USA, and President Trump’s invitation to Afrikaner Farmers to find refuge in the USA.
The Politicians, the Economic Elite, and their Media, drives the anti- AfriForum, Solidariteit, and Erns Roets campaign, notwithstanding what this Group of Afrikaners have an issue with;
The Farm murders, where many aged white farmers and their wives, are tortured and mutilated before being killed.
The Expropriation Act, the Government’s ability to expropriate without compensation.
The Bela Act; the Government’s move to destabilise the Afrikaans School System:
The Farm murders, where many aged white farmers and their wives, are tortured and mutilated before being killed.
I have discussed my personal experience with the later Eugene ‘Terreblanche mutilation and disfigurement, I have discussed the “Necklacing’, where the intention was to send a message to the same group of people, and I have quoted from research, these tactics are ‘war tactics’, and not normal homicide.
In this case, I believe that the Neo-Liberalist 3rd Force was tasked, to disturb the Conservative Afrikaner sufficiently to emigrate, I submit that the intention to remove this group, is not so that the State can establish Black Farmers, the State has had land in their possession for 30 years, and not made much of an attempt to develop a sustainable Black Farming Community.
No Black Farmer can develop economically, unless he is linked to a white, who is linked to a market, if the Government on National Unity, wishes to develop Black Farmers, they must do what the Neo-Liberalist did with the poverty white farmers, between 1929 and 1936. Sell the Land to the Black Farmer on a Land-Bank loan, give the farmer credit for seed, fertilizer, equipment, and some working capital. Contract from other parts of the world, skilled farmers, to train the Black Farmer, and then, just as the Land-Bank / Neo-Liberalist did with the Afrikaner poverty farmers between 1929 and 1936, as security for your funding, UNDERTAKE TO PURCHASE ALL CROP / LIVESTOCK from the farmer, for the 20 years that the Land-Bank loan is set.
The Expropriation Act, the Government’s ability to expropriate without compensation.
President Donald Trump reacts to this proposed Legislation, and where the USA is involved in buying themselves out of a Biden lease agreement with Total-Energies, to establish electricity “Wind-Farms”, in the USA. Total-Energies, and other companies, are desperately wishing to operate in South Africa, and these companies would like to see that South Africa is able to provide the identified land, without years of negotiating / expropriation.
I submit that, while the Politicians are in the position to negotiating with overseas companies to enter the green-economy, that should not be allowed to Expropriate Land without Compensation.
To the G20 2025 Extraordinary Committee, any such act, would escalate the ‘Inequality Emergency’, and add a lock to the South African Economy Tomb’
The Neo-Liberalists would like the Conservative Afrikaner to leave the Country, for the same reason, that de Klerk would not sign a Free-Market agreement, this National Group have morals and ethics, they are not concerned that their farms are going to be expropriated, but such immoral, unethical act, introduced by politicians, who are involved in the Green-Economy, only makes the Latipac rich, and the poor poorer, so this group on principle, will challenge such acts in terms of the National Constitutional Right.
The Bela Act; the Government’s move to destabilise the Afrikaans School System:
South Africa’s 12 Official Languages and within the Political system, we have conflict where the Black child, whose Home Language is English, wishes to be taught at an Afrikaans school, for whatever reason the child may so wish, is not important at this stage, my question to the Politicians and the Media, is why is the State not promoting the fact that every child, whether Xhosa, Zulu, Pedi, Venda, Shangaan, and all the other languages, can select a suitable school near his / her place of residence, register at that school, and demand to be taught in his/her mother-tongue.
During all the Conflict, and the DA as part of the GNU, opposing the Bela Act in the Courts, and the USA / Trump / Refuge issue, I give but only brief thought to the Bela Act, and I become of the Opinion that it is no more than a political attack on the Afrikaner, through the Language and Culture.
The DA are opposing the Bela Act, to maintain the ‘Afrikaner Vote’ in the next election, and the ANC are desperately trying to remove votes from the DA, even if the Afrikaner does not vote for the ANC.
My question to the Politicians and the Media, is why is the State not promoting the fact that every child, whether Xhosa, Zulu, Pedi, Venda, Shangaan, and all the other languages, can select a suitable school near his / her place of residence, register at that school, and demand to be taught in his/her mother-tongue, and I ask what restricts Four Zulus, Four Xhosa, Four Pedi, Four Venda, Four Tshangaan, Four Sotho, from arriving at Parktown Girls High, and make an request to be taught in their Mother Tongue.
The Bela Act, I believe is politically targeting the Afrikaner community, by destabilizing their schooling system, over the years, as an African Tribe, wishing to enter politics, decides to use their demand for a few children to be taught in their Mother Tongue, the impact that they will create, and the publicity that will be given to this group, will cause the collapse of a very weak education system that exists presently.
The 1% of the population, the Latipac / Monopoly-Capital, are the only group that will benefit from the removal of AfriForum and Solidariteit, as Monopoly-Capital who has the locus of power over the Politicians, require to be in the position where, the type of legal ‘decrees’ and Acts that have no place in our Society, get promoted by political entities, in order to move votes into a position, where Anglo-American, will be able to maintain a ANC led Government of National Unity, and protect this immoral relationship that exists between Monopoly-Capital and the ANC, such foundation, clearly laid in the early 1950s, and resulting in the Genocide that takes place in the Early 1960s.
President Ramaphosa, the Afrikaner Farm Killings, in term of the definitions is Genocide, I am not suggesting that the ANC Government of National Unity is motivating the unlawful acts, but by not condemning them, and by not acting to ensure that this very specific crime is addressed, you and the Government of National Unity, will be seen as complicit in the “Death by mutilation / disfigurement, / dehumanizing of Boer Farmers, that is going to bring full compliance to the IMF philosophy.
