“SYSTEMIC RACISM- REDEFINED”
‘Systemic Racism’ is the weapon that converts South Africa from what we know as Democracy to post-Democracy Socialism, where we all live on subsidies, the racism is hidden, because the Blacks are divided into ANC Bourgeoisie and the Workers / Popular groups, just like the National Party, divided the Afrikaner into NP Bourgeoisie and the Workers.
Bourgeoisie and the Workers, done according to the European Neo-Liberalist direction, what the ANC Bourgeoisie are doing, I submit is as evil as racism.
So, what is felt as systemic racism by black persons in the ‘Corporate World’, is seen and felt by the Non-Bourgeoisie black person, it is the Behaviour and Governance patterns, that has separated both the classes, in both the Black and White populations, and this separation, carries the racism challenge every minute of the day, and the Bourgeoisie wealth position, stabilises the systemic racism in the Economic and Political sectors, and where the poverty black communities, are not those shouting racism, it is the ‘systemic racism’ that results in the removal of opportunity and wealth, from that “worker” / “popular” group.

For thirty years I have understood that the world is trapped in the “politically correct racism debate”, where often punishment takes place when a white offender makes a comment, often towards a ‘black individual’, almost as a ‘minority right’, when “Systemic Racism” is entrenched in the Monopoly-Capital world, controlled by the Neo-Liberalist philosophy.
The Neo-Liberalist Economic-Elite, had divided the ‘Sub-Saharan Indigenous African populations’, scientifically classified as Homo Varieties Africanus, and I use the Linnaeus description H.v. Afer as my preferred term, into two very defined groups, the ‘worker’ / ‘popular’, and the group that the Neo-Liberalist has ‘cultivated’ to sit around the ‘Neo-Liberalist Boardroom Table’, to perform the Political functions required to secure / protect their wealth extraction.
Now to serious business, I am quoting from the late Vishnu Padayachoe, an academic, and an activist, and in this dissertation, I will quote off other activists papers, that clearly shows that the activist, operating in the Neo-Liberalist mindset, does not see anything wrong, with the Neo-Liberalist two class-classifications that is applied.

If SA in the Apartheid years had established its preferential and favoured relationship with Western capitalist Interests in general, and with its ‘specialized’ agencies, such as the IMF in particular, because of its place and functions within the post-World War II global structure, then it will be reasonable to conclude that the future for a ……. of this relationship will depend crucially on the extent to which post-apartheid SA will continue to play this roll – whether this arises willingly, by comprise, or by virtual blackmail.
That in turn will depend, among other things, upon the class-representative basis of the post-apartheid, which will determine its path of development and its International economic relations and policy.
In general, revolutionary government, especially in the developing world, have found that it has often been as hard to live with the IMF as it would have been to live without its support.
In the post-revolutionary era a country like SA, whose particular area of development has been intrinsically tied to its extensive International economic relations, will find the task of ‘living’ with this historical legacy a particularly crucial and challenging one.
Given the role of the IMF in the world economy, in a post-Apartheid SA, its relationship with the Fund is likely to be characterised by Increasing tensions, conflict! pressures and struggles as one ‘moves’ from the pole of a democratic capitalist state – as one possible post-apartheid form – to one of socialism (under workers’ control).
Increasing controls over their lives by working and popular classes may be accompanied by an increasing threat to their very existence of such a state from Western Capitalist States seeking to maintain or reassert their economic and strategic Interests in this region – which they appear to have identified as being crucial to modulating crises that arise from Capitalist form of accumulation.
The IMF a supposedly apolitical International agency, can very well form an Integral (though unseen) part of the weapon available to the West in shaping the national and development of, and transition to a post-Apartheid society.

“Neo-Liberalist Commits Genocide, on the Worker / Popular Classes
H. v. Europeaus H. v. Afer#3 “The qualification I proudly put behind my name”
As the Barefoot Scientist, I present scientific knowledge that is studied, Homo Sapiens classified and documented in 1758, and with such knowledge, without taking consideration of the ‘worker’ / ‘popular’ class, the fact that this remained hidden from the public, I accuse as Genocide.
What does the World know about the Sub-Saharan Indigenous Population?
Linnaeus classifies the Homo Sapiens Sapiens, with four main varieties, clearly identifying two very important attributes they are the #3 Behaviour Pattern, and #5 Governance Pattern, to be very different, to each group, completely negating the concept that we are all equal.
In Nature, should two different species, occupy the same geological area, nature would ensure, that these two varieties, would be able to occupy the same geological area, and here I refer to the Lion and the Leopard, so, even if the Lion is the aggressor, and would kill the Leopard, they have adopted two different diets, and type of geological area where they live.
The scientific classification that takes place in 1758, when Linnaeus classifies us as Homo Sapiens Sapiens, my research / studies takes me deeper into my classification, and I make one of the most important discoveries of modern science, and that is that as a person of European origins, I am classified with the taxonomy shown as H. v. Europeaus, thanks to my indigenous origins / population from Europe.
For easy explanation of the Linnaeus’s classification and taxonomy, that causes science to hide this research paper, there are the four main Varieties of Homo Sapiens as presented to the world, initially, they were classified as Sub-Species, but when final publication takes place, Linnaeus decides that they are varieties not sub-species, and the Sub-Saharan Indigenous populations, he initially uses H.v. Africanus, and then his notes show over time, that the use of H.v. Afer, which has become my preferred use.
This table that follows, sets out the four main varieties of Homo Sapiens Sapiens and I briefly discuss:
Like all plants and animals, there are five main attributes that are studied / assessed, and for the purposes of this discussion, I use but two, #3, behaviour, and #5 Governed By;
If we look at #3 Behaviour, and compare Europaeus, and Africanus / Afer, you will understand why the White / Western Academic needed to hide science, [lite, wise, inventor] versus [sly, sluggish, neglectful]
I had analysed these findings, for months and months, before I am brave enough to show them to my brothers and sisters, I make another finding / comparison, one that a white man should hide and never talk about, if he does not want to go to jail.
I am not going to elaborate on the European, #3 behaviour, “lite, wise, and inventor” and #5 governance of actions, “governed by rites” very simply, there is only one way for a white to do something, if you wish to be right, so now it is left to me, to discuss the Elephant in the Room:
“The Barefoot Scientist Findings on H.v. Afer attributes”
During the days of considering the H.v Africanus / H.v. Afer #3 Behaviour pattern as “sly, sluggish, neglectful” and #5 governance of actions, ‘caprice’, for these many days, I am trapped in the racist / superior link that caused the formal science to make a finding that the different Homo Sapiens varieties do not exist, and the reason thereto, is that further studies found that there are no differences, as earlier claimed.
Just the set of words that are reflected in the table, shouts out racist, shouts out superior, making it difficult to see past the racist / superior issues, I needed to browse through a few of our numerous video clips on interactions that took place over the years, to very quickly attach the #3 Behaviour pattern as “sly, sluggish, neglectful” and #5 governance of actions, ‘caprice’, descriptions to the H.v. Afer,
Note, it takes me a lot of consideration, before I make a finding on the H.v. Afer #3 Behaviour and #5 Governance patterns, and I submit that Linnaeus had these attributes spot-on, and the reason for this Behaviour pattern, is H.v. Afer humanity Lifestyle, where, unlike the European, who makes decisions in the interest only of himself, his wealth, the H.v. Afer needs to consider the family, the community, while listening to the White-Man’s proposals, giving the European the perception, that the H.v. Afer, behavior is “sly, sluggish, neglectful”
And with regard to the ‘caprice’ alternative options that they always carry, their social links are so extensive, they must have an option available to change to.

Afer, as the invader on his own land, and every act by the European that we will present in this dissertation, we be seen as ‘Genocide’ performed on the H.v. Afer, and as the Barefoot Scientist, I submit that the H.v. Europeaus, is guilty of having disrespected the Supreme Creator, when showing no respect for the H. v. Afer.
President Ramaphosa, I submit that this is not a Black and White issue, so do not blame the White Man on every occasion, it is an economic issue, the ANC was selected by the Neo-Liberalist, to condemn all that the Neo-Lieralist considered a loser, including Cedric and Nettie de la Harpe, to condem them to poverty.
If it was only a Black and White issue, the ANC would never have signed over the South African Economy to the wealthy Neo-Liberalist, via the IMF, knowing that 80% of the Black South African population would be ten times worse off than during Apartheid.

For sixteen years, Nettie and I offered Home-Stay accommodation in the Townships and Native Villages around South Africa, we could not sustain the Native Villages after 2016, due to the Nedbank and State, prejudicing Nettie and I financially, and since 2024, I have become of the opioion that such prejuding was done with intent, to remove support from the Africanist H.v. Afer, and although the AfriForum / Solaridateit issue appears to be different, they are also a group that disturb the IMF’s aims and objectives, I repeat from the above IMF philosophy:

Looking back at our interaction over the years, it is very clear that we soon catered for these Behaviour and Governance patterns that we were interacting with,
Our planning very simply catered with the social structures, we became skilled at understanding why they were looking at more than one option, where particular relationships influenced our planning, and we, where possible, made proposals to accommodate the social relationships, before it became a community issue.
With regard to the Governance by ‘Caprice’ always a second option, is something that I, Cedric de la Harpe, would always have in my pocket, if not the third option
I start to understand that what Linnaeus research had shown in 1758, was no different to what my wife and I had experienced in Sub-Saharan Africa from about the early 1990s, and this Behaviour and Governance thereto, is part of social sharing, living a life-style embodied in humanity, where unlike the European, you are not acting as an individual, you are always behaving as part of a group, a family, a community.
I submit that I classify my wife and I, as H. v. Europeaus H. v. Afer#3, for the academic, I qualify myself as having the origins as a descendent of what is commonly known as being indigenous to Europe / European, classified in 1758 as a Homo Sapiens the variety classified as Homo variety Europeaus, with the taxonomy shown as H. v. Europeaus.
My wife and I, have over the past 34 years, allowed the attributes of #3 Behaviour Pattern and #5 Governance of Actions of the Indigenous Sub-Saharan African, to overpower and dominate our H. v. Europeaus #3 Behaviour Pattern and #5 Governance of Actions, with the taxonomy shown as H. v. Afer, so having allowed these attributes to overpower and dominate our European attributes, I express this taxonomy using the mathematic symbol, “To The Power Of” to show just how powerful this new Homo Variety is when converted, thus; H. v. SOWETO DANGER, only a perception created by the Media
When we arrived in Soweto in July 2004, although having no fear of blacks on our travels, fear had been cultivated into us, before we visit Soweto. I took me many years to understand what had happened to my wife and I, before we visited Soweto for the first time in July 2004, so we are surprised at the love and warmth, and the respect that the local community gave to the two products of Apartheid, and I have over the years, used many different governance of scenarios, to understand the relationships we had in every corner of Southern Africa, I needed to understand the Homo Sapiens Sapiens qualifications, and be questioned over many minutes by an old Italian visitor, who refused to believe that the African population loved and respected us, without contribution from our side, ‘this takes place mid-July’ 2024.
For the first time, 20 years after visiting Soweto for the first time in July 2004, I understood that a ‘foreigner’, when entering the space of the indigenous populations, will not be accepted by the local community, as a brother and sister, unless they approach the local community, as a brother and sister.
“The Secret, that was even hidden from me” a very simple lesson, that should be taught to every European, moving into the spaces of the indigenous populations.
“Approach and treat the “Indigenous Populations”, as brother and sisters, as mothers and fathers, as that is their normal way of life”.
My wife and I, had already become one, with the Sub-Saharan Indigenous populations, 10 years before we entered Soweto in July 2004, so, on our first night in Soweto, whoever, wherever we met, when introduced to the locals, we greeted them with a hug, a hold, a touch, all these acts, carried out naturally, indicates love and respect, we came to Soweto, cultivated in the Homo v Afer #3Behaviour and #5Governance patterns, over the years, without us understanding life-sciences, we had changed, and as PAC Leader, Robert Sobukwe had invited the foreigners in the launch address, 6 April 1959, “we had become one with us”, in Africa.
I submit that evidence abounds with regard to the other new Homo Sapiens varieties, and these are the individuals that the H. v. Europaeus has invited and duly skilled, / cultivated, to receive the H. v. Europaeus classification #3, the Behaviour Patterns, and the classification #5, the Governance patterns., the taxonomy for these individuals are as follows;

I submit that very few of those who qualify for these groups, will dispute that the H. v. Europaeus Behaviour / Governance patterns, dominate their mind-sets, and I quote the classification taxonomy of Linnaeus in 1758.
H. v. Europaeus: Light; of gentle manners Wise; acute in judgement, Inventor: of quick invention and governed by rites:
I submit that there is absolutely nothing wrong, with an H. v. Afri, accepting the opportunity to obtain qualification of H. v. Afri H. v. Europaeus#3 by adopting the behaviour patterns and governance pattern of the H. v. Europaeus, it is very Homo Sapiens, it is not only every Homo Sapiens right to do so, and in my personal opinion, I submit that every Homo Sapiens variety, who live in the same earthly space as a different Homo Sapiens variety, following the example of the other creatures of the earth, to adopt the behaviour patterns and governance pattern of the other variety.
I submit that by living in the same earthly space, the different Homo Sapiens varieties, and with both groups adopting the others Behaviour and Governance patterns, is the one area of Social Cohesion, that would define ‘equality’, without such status, we can never be ‘deemed to be equal’.
I submit that the European, knew how to develop the H.v. Afer to become a productive and off this basis, we allege they unlawfully, immorally, extracted our ‘Creator-Given’ wealth, and we will show need for empathy, from the world.
My wife Nettie & I, from 2008, were successfully offering Accommodation and Food, from Groups of between 16 pax and 32 pax in the Townships and Native Villages around the Country, we integrated into these communities, without any ‘training’, ‘skilling’ ‘advice’, we had become-one with the H.v. Afer, and the development came naturally, and this is the approach that was needed by the Colonizers when they entered Sub-Saharan Africa, and the world would not be in the mess that we find ourselves today.
The English had developed the Mfengu group, who in the early 1900s according to the Mandela Long Walk to Freedom, were the most educated and developed group in the Country, they were the teachers, the preachers, the policeman, the clerk and the interpreter, and as I discuss the Western #3Behaviour and #5 Governance pattern in due course, I publish comment on this group, as Nelson Mandela in this writing, clearly indicates that the English, had the Knowledge and the Experience, to develop the Sub-Saharan African, into being ‘more educated and “Western” than other Africans.

But amaMfengu were an industrious people, and because of their contact with Europeans, they were often more educated and “Western” than other Africans. When I was a boy, amaMfengu were the most advanced section of the community and furnished our clergymen, policemen, teachers, clerks, and interpreters. They were also amongst the first to become Christians, to build better houses, and to use scientific methods of agriculture, and they were wealthier than their Xhosa compatriots. They confirmed the missionaries’ axiom, that to be Christian was to be civilized, and to be civilized was to be Christian.
Further in this dissertation, I will discuss the achievements of the Mfengu, and how the South African nation lost them to Zimbabwe, I will discuss at length, the Africanist Sharecrop Farmer, and how they fed the nation from the Discovery of Diamonds, till 1936, when they were finally removed from the land, and then I will discuss the impact that the Mining Industry had, only using 46% of their labour from local South Africans, and how this impacted on the Real Money paid to the Africanist.

Now, don’t crucify me if I have got the content of the wording wrong, because, while I am drafting this pamphlet, the world is reporting, but only reporting on the apology, the “that is a Black-Guy thing” appears to have been condemned to the “K-word” status.
The Black-Guy thing exists, and the world should be proud to celebrate it, and this morning I find out what the Bafana Bafana player did wrong: –

What he did, is not a White-Guy thing
#5, Is the Governance Category, Governance in terms of what governs your actions, the H.v.Afer #5 Governance is ‘Caprice’ he can have a sudden, impulsive change of mind or action, now the European scientist’s studies very clearly indicate this, and it is so documented, the scientist would not know why, but a person, cultivated in the humanity life-style, his every move needs to concern the rest of the family, the rest of the village, so “Caprice”, and that is what we can attribute to Mbokazi’s actions.

Broos also expressed his disappointment with that move, insisting that Mbokazi could have received better offers after Afcon or the 2026 Fifa World Cup
Now the Broos comment that follows, is an important qualification for what the Linnaeus 1758 scientific findings show, “we are not all equal”.
“Sub X” But I know why. Suddenly, Mbokazi is a star – he thinks he is a star. This is the attitude of a star: ‘ I will decide when I come.’ I will explain it to him. I’m very angry about his attitude,” Broos blasted. These comments in Sub “X”, is typical of a white South African, / European, assessing the reason for why Mbokazi did not arrive timeously for practice, very simply, judged by European Behaviour patterns, you would never react to the potential international contract, by putting yourself in the ‘star category’, this Broos considered to be a ‘black-guy thing’ that has no space in professional soccer. “Sub Y” “I will have a chat with him. He is a black guy. He will get out of my room as a white guy. Because that I can’t accept.” My Comments on sub Y: In “Y”, Broos in four short and precise sentences, summarises what every H.v. Afer, is required to achieve before he/she will be allowed into the European Sporting, Corporate, Government and Political sectors, the removal of “the black guy thing" and adjusting to “the White-guy Behaviour and Governance patterns. Broos uses these four short precise sentences to the media, because he knows that it will take him no more than 10 minutes in his private room, to remind him “how to behave like a white-guy.” How many citizens, have been rejected because of their lack of experience, every unemployed person in our country, has been rejected for this reason, maybe a dozen times, and it is because they have not had the opportunity to develop what Broos refers to as “how to behave like a white-guy”.
Black Man you are on your own, we are going to need to restore the H.v. Afer national groups, to have, what they were before the colonizer stole your life. We need to show what the Africanist population did achieve, who they were, before the Monopoly-Capitalist destroyed them, through a Genocide tactic, and the next Pamphlets will walk us through the presentation.
We, as H.v. Afer, must not look to the H.v. Europeaus to take us to Freedom, it is not in their #3 Behaviour and #5 Governance patterns, we must accept Steve Biko, and SASA mantra, “Black-Man you are on your own.”
Steve Biko in the 1970’s promoted the mantra, “Black Man, you are on your own.,” I extract a few important extracts from a SASO article.

Comment:
I am 78 years of age, I have lived through being a white-person in the Corporate and Business-World, at a relative young age, maybe about 27, maybe 1974, I was exposed to those who assert themselves in the ‘English white system’, and those who do what is the best for themselves and the company, and to achieve that, the achiever needs to have parents and a peer-group, that can cultivate the child, to not only understand, but to behave as the European so desires.
Within that ‘English white system’, even the white child needs to be cultivated to fit into the ‘English white system’, in the area where I was a child, many Afrikaners did not fit into the ‘English white system’, and they were considered a class below the ‘English white system’.
Back in 1974, I had been transferred from Durban to Greytown by Mr. Fitzpatrick of ‘Felt and Textiles’ to fill a position in a Shoe Factory, Phiphlat, when the owner Barry Dowson had left to start his own manufacturing business, I remained under the supervision of Mr Fitzpatrick. Barry Dowson, was friend and neighbour to my wife Nettie and I, and his children Bronwyn and Geoff, remain Facebook friends today.
On one of Mr. Fitzpatrick’s visits to check on progress, he asked me how the two young “Indian” boys, (Ganga Moodley and Poobalum Naiker), were preforming, the three of us at that stage, were sharing an office. One of the two young Indian boys, Ganga Moodley, is also a Facebook friend.
I smiled when I responded to the question, “They are great, John, (the factory manager) would give them morning instructions for planning the production and materials, when John leaves the office, without ever questioning his instructions, they would rectify John’s mistakes and get on with their work.”
Mr. Fitzpatrick smiles in return and says; “Cedric mark my words; those guys will go far in life.” These young guys, were displaying acceptable Behaviour to the European, and ‘Superiority’, the ability to do things better that the European.

Comment:
Honourable Members of Parliament of two of South African Political Parties, are able to assert themselves, and they stake their rightful claim, Land Expropriation without Payment, expropriation of the mines, but until they reach a stage, where they accept all the terms and conditions, that the Neo-Liberalist / Monopoly Capital has imposed on every citizen of the world, they are considered as one of those who have as yet, ‘not qualified’.
This dissertation, in many pamphlets, is aimed at asserting ourselves, and staking our rightful claim to our ‘livelihood’.
I have had hundreds of discussion with regard to Superiority versus Inferiority, and I have published numerous comments, the issue that the Black Man is faced with, is that depending on which group you represent, you will always be segregated from the European Monopoly-Capital.
All indigenous groups, from 1482 with the Christopher Columbus discovery of the ‘New World’, when the European discovered the vulnerability of the Indigenous Populations, very simply through the life-style based on humanity, and having no animosity towards other humans, so their Country, and all the Agricultural and Mineral wealth, could be claimed by the European.
What the European also knew, is that throughout the world, in the Indigenous populations around the world, there exists a section of that population, always ready to separate from their “Life-style embodied in Humanity”, which allowed them to accept compensation, to assist the ‘European enemy’.
Every European, had already progressed to this stage, of abandoning their ‘Life-style embodied in Humanity”, and since then, the European, for hundreds of years, was cultivated not to share, and the European Monarchies, would pass a decree, that gave them ownership over any land they supposedly discovered, control over the indigenous populations, and all the mineral and agricultural wealth they could extract from the Indigenous Populations, this defined all these groups as ‘uncivilized’.
Christopher Columbus letter to the Monarchy, effectively wrote the ‘European-Economic-Bible’ that gave the superior power to the European, and the Missionaries, and their Bibles, were used to entrench in the ‘uncivilized’ indigenous populations, who could fill the temporary gap as the ‘working-class’ through the cultivation process of the Missionaries, and these two bibles, together carry what we know as systemic racism.

Comment: The imposition of an entire system of values, takes place over many years, and it is part of this cultivation process that started with the Missionaries, and those who qualified, would be shown as the examples of what an Indigenous Black person could receive, is he or she, was one-day invited into the ‘Chambers of the European’.
If an Indigenous Back person, was not invited into the Chambers of the European, he and she would always carry the stamp of uncivilized, prone to doing ‘Black-Guy’’ things.
- ..Does this mean that I am against integration? If by integration you understand a breakthrough into white society by blacks, an assimilation and acceptance of blacks into an already established set of norms and code of behaviour set up by and maintained by whites, then yes, I am against it.
Comment: Item no 4, is the most important aspect that we need to understand, in 2005, when we became aware of the fact that no child in the Township and Village Schools, since 1985, have participated in any organized weekly sport, not soccer, not rugby, not cricket, my wife and I worked for years to change this, by 2007, I had become anti-South African sports teams, where only a quota of selected Black children, get an opportunity to participate, and the only reason why they are there, is that they have gone into a breakthrough into white society by blacks, an assimilation and acceptance of blacks into an already established set of norms and code of behaviour set up by and maintained by whites

To the Citizens of South Africa, in this dissertation I am going to show clearly that Economic Segregation was the prime-evil, and still is the prime-evil, and that is our enemy we are addressing.
