GIVEBACK              “Kuwabweza”
ABSTRACT:
I believe that nothing can be more abstract,
more unreal, than what we actually see,
it is the unseen, that must be revealed.

“IMAGINE WITH ME”

The greatest atrocity in the world, is when a man or a woman, does not have the opportunity to leave home in the morning, and to be able to harvest sufficient to feed, clothe, medicate, and educate their children, and to feed, clothe, and medicate their elders.

The state subsidy should not be celebrated, the state subsidy should never be considered in terms of ‘income’, as it results in their dignity being impaired, and such communities around the world, who do not have such opportunities, have the highest level of drug abuse and gender violence in the world.

I submit that many people in the world today, would have great difficulty to even imagine that the lack of employment in South Africa, and Sub-Saharan Africa, could be an atrocity, leave alone the greatest atrocity in the world.

GIVEBACK. Kuwabweza”

Very simply, if you, a member of the H.v. Europeaus indigenous to Europe populations,   and you have removed anything from another, in any manner that may be corrupt, immoral, unethical, according to the very same laws that you ‘govern’ others by, you are called upon to GIVEBACK. Kuwabweza”    My definitions:-

Corruption: The H.v. Europeaus governments defines
corruption as the abuse of entrusted power
for private benefit that usually breaches laws,
regulations, standards of integrity or
standards of professional behaviour.
Morality: principles concerning the
distinction between right and wrong
or good and bad behaviour.
Ethical:pertaining to or dealing with morals
or the principles of morality; pertaining to
right and wrong in conduct, being in accordance
with the rules or standards for right conduct
or practice, especially the standards
of a profession

Beware the ‘Ides of March’ 2026, for the Barefoot Scientist, born on the ‘Ides of May’ 1947, launches the Homo Varieties Africanus, (H.v.Afer) (populations inndigenous Sub-Saharan Africa) a call via the Spirits of our Ancestors,  to the H.v. Europeaus, to “Giveback” to “H.v. Afer” what you, the H.v. Europaeus removed in terms of our Agricultural and Mineral Wealth, that was provided to the H.v. Afer by our Creator, sufficient such Agricultural and Mineral Wealth, provided to the H.v. Afer to manage, such assets provided by the Creator, in order that the H.v. Afer populations, would be able to live a lifestyle, that is embodied in all the “Essential Foundations of Life” for eternity.

The H.v. Europeaus had abandoned the guidance of their ancestors, before the discovery of the New World by Christopher Columbus, 1482, he who took with him to the New World, the concept of Christianity, where there was this powerful God, that cared for the H. v Europeaus, and should the H.v Americanus, (populations Indigenus to Americas), bow down to the H.v. Europeaus God, the H.v. Americanus, and in turn the H.v. Afer, would be provided for.

I, the Barefoot Scientist, as I write what you may see as African ‘Folklore’, have for the past twenty years been guided by a father ancestor, Mokolo-Kavalo, and for the H.v. Afer  to regain our “Essential Foundations of Life”,  the H.v. Afer Mokolo, advises that we need to return to our culture of praying to our Ancestors, whether directly or through the Creator, and through these discussions let our spirits, talk to the H.v. Europeaus.

Kavalo, in the Chichewa language, is a “Horse that a Man rides”, when he moves, his movements resemble the movements of the ‘knight’ chess piece, always ready to ‘change direction’, he is always considering four options, before he moves, which is the behaviour common to the H.v. Afer.

As a H.v. Afer, the Spirits call upon you to stand still, where you are in what is left of your life, now that the H.v. Europeaus has removed every essential element of the life that the Creator decreed you should live, and promise yourself, that the ‘rituals’ performed by the H.v. Europeaus ‘Economic-Monopoly-Capital-Political-Elite’ you reject.

Let every H.v. Afer, stand quietly for but 30 seconds every morning, and say, “I ‘your name’ reject the ‘rituals’ performed by the ‘Economic-Political’ Elite”

“Living the Lie”

We the H.v. Afer poverty groups, are celebrated by the H.v. Europeaus ‘Economic-Political’ Elite, for having fully accepted their ‘lies’, and with them, they allege, we jointly benefitted by ‘Living the Lie’ that is their practice, and their rituals are the crutch that supports their lies.

In typical African ‘Folklore’, in the many Pamphlets
that will follow, I will discuss the concept that we
are Homo Sapiens Sapiens, and that the H.v Europeaus,
those Populations Indigenous to Europe, have in
conflict with the ‘laws’ of the Creator, removed the
“Essential Foundations of Life”, from the H.v Afer
'Africanist' in a process of committing Genocide,
>>>>'Africanist I identify as the group, who are not
part of the ANC and Charterists of the 1950s and
thereafter, I exclude those who were cultivated into
the H.v. Europeaus #3 Behaviour and #5 Governance
patterns, from quqlifying as'Africanist.'

At this stage, and when ever necessary, I attach the WEB-page that explains Genocide, for your thoughts and discussions. Genocide 101

I am a subject of an Genocide Attack, I should never have written the Introductory Letter to the State President, 03 March 2025, where I requested the damages claim payment, and showed him just how much I do to rehabilitate the damages done to the black people.

Following the Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney’s Davos 2026 admission that the World has been living a lie, I submit, that this is an admission that, Monopoly-Capital, under any and every name they use, or refuse to identify, the Economic-Elite have acted in a CORRUPT manner; (I quote)

The Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney at Davos 2026, refers to adoption of the Havel 1978 Essay, “Power of the Powerless”, the Greengrocer;

We knew the story of the international rules-based order was partially false that the strongest would exempt themselves when convenient, that trade rules were enforced asymmetrically.  And we knew that international law applied with varying rigour depending on the identity of the accused or the victim. This fiction was useful, and American hegemony, in particular, helped provide public goods, open sea lanes, a stable financial system, collective security and support for frameworks for resolving disputes.

So, we placed the sign in the window.
We participated in the rituals, and we largely
avoided calling out the gaps between rhetoric
and reality. This bargain no longer works.
Let me be direct.
We are in the midst of a rupture,
not a transition.
“Living the Lie.”  .....  provided we lived
the lie, the “rituals” that are performed at
great cost, along with the rhetoric, will
hide the ‘reality’ from both the beneficiaries,
those accumulating wealth, or those “powerless”
who became the consumers, the losers, the
failures, those whose wealth and livelihoods
we were systematically removing.

Barefoot Scientist submits that the H.v Europeaus, had they not acted in a Corrupt Manner, an immoral manner, an unethical manner, and wished to develop their Colonies that they ‘attached’ in questionable ways, Sub-Saharan Africa, would have been developed along the lines that Switzerland was developed, and Switzerland is wealthy, because it was developed for the different groups who lived in Switzerland from 1291.

“Imagine with me”

I first wish to break from reality, and ask the H.v Afer populations in Sub-Saharan Africa, to imagine with me.

Imagine that our spiritual forces unite, and we appoint an investor with ability to Constructed Railway systems, not high speed, systems that can move commuters and their goods, from the Cape, to East and West Africa, linking all the existing ports, cities, and have a Network of sidings.

Imagine if we were back in 1992, when every street in the Township had a street committee to attend to our needs, that every ten streets had a member of your street committee on a ‘Block Committee’, and so your Block Committee, and 19 other Block Committees had a representative on your ‘Area Committee’, and then a member of your area committee, and 19 other ‘Area Committees’, had a representative on the ‘Canton Committee’.  I use this name, as it is the Switzerland name for what I describe as our Civic Committees.

The Barefoot Scientist, based on hearsay after 2004, is what I submit the Townships were like in 1992, and if the H.v Europaeus, wish you to be free from Oppression, the ‘Economic-Political Elite’, would have said to me, a white living in the Suburbs; “White-Man, look at how our ‘Township Civic Committees’ have been structured, you ‘White-Guys’ structure your Suburban Committees accordingly, from the Street Committee level, to the ‘City Civic Committee, then we all nominate representatives off each committee, that will meet in one “National Civic Committee” and together we will ‘Free South Africa’ together.

Had we arranged a meeting of the maybe Five Cantons, we would have Civic Committees that would be planning development along the Railway running from Cape Town towards East and West Arica, with sidings allowing for movement of commuters, and goods.

Once the Canton foundation is structured in South Africa, neighbouring Cantons, structured of the neighbouring Countries, can become part of a greater Federal set of Cantons.

All Canton-Committees, would be planning for where land and weather was suited to agricultural production, and where small-scale manufacturing of goods, could take place, in both close proximities to both the labour, and the market.

South Africa would no longer have corruption, we would no longer have poverty, as all citizens building a Country for ‘ourselves’, we all be developing with the South Africa Canton structure.

If we did not remove the civic committee system from our Township Communities between 1992 and 1994, we would not have the ‘drug-abuse’ the ‘alcohol abuse’, the ‘gender violence’, that we have in our Townships today, the ‘Highest Level’ in the world, and we are not alone in this situation, all colonies are faced with the same problem, only South Africa is in the upper levels of crime, and at the same time, we are the most unequal society in the world.

A poverty community, that does not have ‘Community Leadership’ can never develop, it can only deteriorate.

We need to achieve “Economic Cohesion”, plus “Social Cohesion” plus “Territorial Cohesion”, if we wish to achieve the most important one, the “Economic Cohesion”.

In the Switzerland “Canton” system, as with the pre-1992 Township ‘Street Committee’ system, every mother, and every father, was a mother and father to every child on the street. And unless we can achieve this status again, the African philosophy that it takes a “Village to Raise a Child” is impossible.

In the Switzerland “Canton” system a Canton has its own constitution, and each Canton, dictated by the Citizens on the Street, who directly control the way that the Canton Population wish to live. The following aspects are controlled by the Canton Population: Switzerlan Education System, Health, Security, Services, and all issues directly related to how the Canton Population wish to live.

I have provided a link to a brief comment on the Education System, of importance to South Africa is the following, I quote:

During compulsory education, children are taught in their mother tongue, French, Italian, or German, depending upon the canton. In bilingual cantons, schools follow the predominant language of the municipality or commune.

We have entire Cantons of the same social grouping, French, Italian, or German, and where you have what they refer to as a ‘bilingual canton’ more than one social group, the predominant language is followed, it is not a good philosophy, to force schools to provide for a minority group, it can only cause deterioration of the school.

The Citizens of Switzerland, have one compulsory vote, and that is the vote on your Street, for any possible changes to your Canton Constitution, and every Citizen, subject to very basic requirements, could propose changes, which are voted for by every citizen, in the annual street election / referendum.

Because every citizen decides on how they wish to live, Switzerland does not go to war, Switzerland has one of the best education systems in the world.

This is the philosophy that I believe in, and that ‘Human Dictate’ entails, if we, and I am talking to you who complains, you who never cares, if your “Street”, your “Territory” does not have “Social Cohesion” where drug-abuse and gender violence is taking place, when the Afrikaner Boer complains to the Government that they are been mutilated and murdered, don’t tell them to shut-up because it is happening in black areas to, to develop the economy of this Country, of Sub-Saharan Africa, if we have the same problems, we can’t leave the Government to solve our problem., and then tell the other “Territory” to shut up, just because your “Territory” has a similar problem, it is just condoning and accepting the evil that plagues our country.

I REPEAT:

If we did not remove this system from our Township Communities between 1992 and 1994, we would not have the ‘drug-abuse’ the ‘alcohol abuse’, the ‘gender violence’, that we have in our Townships today, the ‘Highest Level’ in the world, and we are not alone in this situation, all colonies are faced with the same problem, only South Africa is in the upper levels of crime, and at the same time, we are the most unequal society in the world.

Now, that is not what the 1980 Economic-Political-Elite desired, so, to prevent this, they replaced this Neo-Liberalism, and in order for this to function, they intentionally caused all the Civic-Committees structures to collapse.

This act, of removing the Civic Committees, which over ten years will cause the ‘street committees’ to slowly disappear, I submit was done with intent, an act of Genocide 101

I submit that the removal of the ‘Township Civic Committees’, by the ANC in 1992, is the first Act of Genocide committed by the ANC, two years before they come into power, this takes place two years before the 1994 Election, and the first impact that this has, is to ‘remove’ the Township residents combined communication, now longer did they have a ‘Voice’ no longer did they have an ‘Ear’ to talk to.

I submit that the ‘Political Hi-Jacking’ of the ‘Township Civic Committees’, replacing them with the SANCO, has caused the severe deterioration, to the ‘black poverty nation’ that was already collapsing during the ‘1984 to 1994 Black on Black violence.’

I have personally watched the drug-abuse and gender-violence develop since we arrived in Soweto in 2004, I submit that this would never have occurred, if the Street Committees that we interacted with in 2004, was supported by the State.

In 2009, a young Brazilian visitor to Taste of Africa, who was involved in the management of the Brazil Favelas, wished to sleep one night in a shack in Soweto, and one night in a shack in Alexandra Township.

On the second night, is tin-shack off 6th Avenue, sort of between the Female Hostel and the road, we had rented two tin shacks for the 3 of us, and my wife Nettie and I, conducted the Alex walking visit, nothing more magic a time when the sun-sets, the community cooks, and slowly settles down for the night, while we have the traditional braai and beer.

To give the reader insight into how deeply the Barefoot Scientist inquires after the origins of our History, over a few beers I talk to an elder in this squatter camp, he tells me that he was part of a large group who came from the Eastern Cape, other side Ngcobo, in 1993, to attend Chris Hani’s funeral, they found the open space around the Alexandra Woman Hostel, and made themselves comfortable, they had found there space in Johannesburg and decided to stay, while half of them secured their spot, others went home to collect their belongings.

Lesson not Learnt:

President Ramaphosa, all the Honourable Ministers of Government, and all the Honourable MPs of Parliament, take note of the Lesson my wife and I receive one 2009 winters night in the Alexandra Woman’s Hostel, squatter community, and that I took note, but failed to learn that lesson, till mid-2020, and this lesson, if the State does not wish to heed this lesson, will confirms that the ‘Economic-Political-Power-Elite’, will confirms that the intent was there, to destroy our poverty black population, in 1992.

Young Brazilian; “YB”  Cedric de la Harpe “CD”
“YB”   Cedric, do you know that there is no
community leadership in Soweto?
“CD”  Yes, I am aware of it.
“YB”   Cedric, do you know that there is no
community leadership in Alexandra?
“CD”  Yes, I am aware of it.
“YB”   Cedric, South Africa must be the only
place in the world, where poverty groups do
not have community leadership, it isalmost a
natural structure, where poverty people share
knowledge, share ideas,discuss problems, and
find solutions.
“YB”   Cedric, a poverty group, who do not have
community leaders, can never develop what they
have got, they can only deteriorate, go backwards.

“Lesson Not Learnt.”

I acknowledged what the young Brazilian had said, but my ego allowed me to believe that all the efforts we were putting in, all the money we were putting in, was going to pay off very soon.

It would take me through to 2020, before I realized, that, when talking to such individuals, they are all followers, they need leaders, who could take the whole group forward.

Today, mothers and fathers are separate entities, and every child is a separate entity.

“It takes a Village to Raise a Child”, and this comes off the structures that used to exist, when every mother, and every father in the village, was a mother and father to every child in the village.

Today, on every street in Soweto, there are parents that want me to take their child under my wing, and if I wanted a young person, to assist, let me say, play soccer, the mother and father would offer their child to me.

In the early days, where we were involved on streets that had ‘street committees’ I could ask any parent the same question, and whether it was an artist, a drummer, a dancer, the parent, the street, would arrange what they considered the most talented child on the street, not just one of their children.

And when the selected participant arrived, no matter what we were looking for, the selected participant had a following, four to six younger children, all learning from the selected child, this entire group, would listen, learn and wish to be part of what the selected participant was doing.

The learning from the more experienced, is part of the typical African Culture, in our visits to the Zulu-Villages, my wife and I, if we were on our own, or if we had tourists with us, the morning and evening rituals, where the live-stock is moved and secured, it is an experience to watch for young men, a 4 year-old, doing the menial job, his 6 year-old sibling, if doing a more important job, but always watching the 4 year-old in case assistance was required, and so the 8 year-old, and 10 year-old, were performing their functions, and watching their young siblings, till the job is complete and all the goats are safely locked away.

President Ramaphosa, as the creators of SANCO and this mess, the Townships around this Country are in a mess, you are welcome to attempt to rebut what I submit, AI provides me with the following description, the protests clearly show that the “community interests” are not being represented, “combat” not sure what that entails, and “people-cantered development” is what is required, and throughout the Country, little bits are shown, it is what my wife Nettie and I did for 16 years, before I realized that it is impossible to develop a poverty group, unless there are community leaders on every street in the Township.

SANCO according to AI, is also focussed on local government transformation, and service delivery, the aspects where the ANC has failed, and I submit failed because of the deterioration of the poverty sector.

Now in the 1980s, when the Economic-Political Elite, wished to free the H.v Afer populations of South Africa, and the Economic-Political-Elite, Mr. Harry Oppenheimer and FW de Klerk, did not wish to do so, they had two problems, the first, the Africanist, they call them the workforce, but they are the black people who have as yet not adopted the “white-guy” behaviour and governance patterns, and the second problem, is that the conservative Afrikaners, those who we can identify mainly with what we see today as AfriForum / Solidariteit / Kallie Kriel, & Ernst Roets, and that this group were Colonists, that would not accept the Neo-Liberal Economic Philosophy, and that they were not going to leave the Country.

First “The Africanist”
Monopoly Capitalism in South Africa,
SOUTH AFRICAN REVIEW, ‘ONE’ “SAR”,
I open to page 171;   ‘Duncan Innes
Introduction
Extract 01
The South African Economy has been transformed
over the last four decades from being based on
conditions of small-scale competitive capitalism
to conditions of large-scale monopoly capitalism.

Comment on 01

For the purpose of this dissertation, I am going to use the term, small-scale competitive capitalism to denote the type of Capitalism that would ensure employment opportunity for the populations, and I draw your attention to the start of the four decades referred to by Duncan Inness, such period commences in “1942’

Extract 02 Page 172
The phase of monopolisation begins ......
During and immediately after World War II a
number of important changes occurred in the
structure of the South African economy which
were to have a profound effect on development
of capitalist relations in the country

Comment on 02 Innes describes how the Mining Industry starts to invest in monopolisation, only if details are requested I will forward.

Extract 03 Page 174-175
The extension and consolidation of monopoly power.
The development of monopolization through the
1960s and 1970s cannot be isolated from the
conditions of class struggle in the society.
On the contrary, these conditions were crucial
to the subsequent economic and social
developments in the country and I want
briefly to examine their relevance.

Comment on 03

Innes clearly indicates that the monopolization taking place, clearly result in the economic and social development in the country through to his writing in 1982;

This clearly indicates that the academics are not only aware that the Economic Elite, have dominion over all politics, that we know as Democracy, and the manner in which this is addressed, he believes it to be de facto although not legal, but accepted by everyone.

Extract 04 Page 174-175
An important element in the struggles of this
time was the state’s attempt to discipline of
the black working class to make them more
susceptible to the ‘rigours of the new era of
machine production’. Such a process (with
which the 1958 Viljoen Commission in particular
was concerned) involved not just the disciplining
of labour for the requirements of a more
mechanised shop floor, (eg. some education to
acquire a level of operative skill, learning
regular attendance, learning punctuality and
general subordination to the pace and demands
of machines), it also involved the wider
establishment of new forms of black labour
control to cope with requirements of an
industrialised and mechanised economy.

Comment on 04

When I read this I am angry, what I see was / is a National Problem, the Economic Elite should have resolved it, it is a case of not getting close enough to our black population to understand the Behaviour ad Governance patterns, thereafter the Economic Elite put into place, the development that would only benefit the Elite, and never develop the man.

Extract 05 Page 174-175
Thus the commission recommended the extension
of black labour controls so as:to make black
labour more mobile;to increase the efficiency
of black labour administration;to overcome the
problem of black ‘vagrancy’ or unemployment in
the urban areas, (the latter problem (unemployment)
arose as this time as much out of the extrusion of
labour from productions due to increasing
capital-intensity as out of the more traditional
problem of starvation in the reserves.

Comment on 05

“Box 1”

Extract 5, relates to the control over the Black population, who were extruded from the system, control of the unemployed, making them mobile, moving them away, but having them available when needed.

Extract 06 Page 174-175
The political defeat inflicted on the popular
movement in the early 1960s – and in particular
on the black working class – paved the way for
the state to carry through these reforms.
Consequently, that defeat should be seen as the
moment when monopoly capital establishes its
political domination over the working class, thereby
entrenching its hold over the whole society.

Comment on 06

I submit that this political defeat inflicted on the popular movement in the early 1960s, was the 21 March Sharpeville day, and the ‘defeat on Poqu in Cape Town, through to the conviction and sentencing to PAC and Poqu members to Robbin Island in 1963.

I have researched that event and period, the Military and Security Forces, were inviting persons from Sebokeng and Evaton to the Sharpeville Police Station, for hours before the massacre, the population was invited to be massacred. That area, including  Sharpeville, is a source of labour supply into Vereeniging/Vanderbijlpark/Orkney  Industrial and mining areas, where the mines were having issues that impacted on their migrant labour.

The Barefoot Scientist says, in that final sentence, Duncan Innes, an Economist, a student activist, while talking about the South African Economy, in particular, the Monopoly Capital, that he gives a fairly detailed summary of its development, goes through the labour problem issue, the describes the early 1960s, political defeat of the Africanist, (PAC), and at that moment, when monopoly capital establishes its political domination over the working class, thereby entrenching its hold over the whole society see Box 2 summary:

“Box 2”

Consequently, that defeat should be seen as the moment when monopoly capital establishes its political domination over the working class, thereby entrenching its hold over the whole society.

Extract 07 Page 174-175
Please absorb every word of this summary.
The result was not only the massive economic boom
which characterised all sectors (especially industry)
during the 1960s, but the sudden acceleration of the
rate at which monopoly relations spread through all
sectors of the economy.
By the late 1960s the South African economy was
thoroughly cartelised (especially industry) as the
tendency towards concentration gave rise to vast
array of industrial monopolies.

Comment on 07

I cry some more, by 1967 I was in Industry, I was working for the Economic Elite.

The result was not only the massive economic boom which characterised all sectors (especially industry) during the 1960s

The Extent of Monopolization April 1982 Pg 178.9
By April 1982 the extent of monopolisation in
South Africa industry was formidable 10 of the top
100 industrial companies in South Africa accounted
for 45% of the latter’s total market
capitalisation value;
Or to extend the analysis 20 of the top 100
companies accounted for 61% of total and 30 of the
top 100 companies accounted for 70% of the total.
These figures suggest a massive concentration of
assets among a handful of companies in the economy.
Furthermore, if one looks at the interlocking
directorship among the top handful of companies
the close linkages that exist among them appear
more obvious. 5 of the top 20 companies in South
Africa had 3 or more directors on the board of 1
other company in top 20 companies, 2 of the top
20 companies had directors on the board of 2 other
top 20 companies, and 4 of these companies, had
directors on the board of another 3 top 20 companies.
In other words, there are interlocking directorships
among at least 11 of the top 20 industrial companies,
suggesting an enormous concentration of power in
this sector.
Undoubtedly it is the Anglo American Group which
emerged in control of the lion’s share of South
Africa’s economic wealth.
In 1982 Anglo American held 52.5% of the total
numberof shares listed on the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange.
That is, the Group was in effective control of 70
listed companies in South Africa whose total
sharemarket value was massive R 47 000-m.
Second in line was the Afrikaner controlled Sanlam
Group controlling 38 companies with a total share
market value of R8.4-million. This represented
only 9.4% of the total number of shares on the
Stock Exchange and shows how far ahead of its
rivals Anglo actually is.
Of interest too, is the fact that the third place
with 7.4% of the total was another Anglo
associate, Barlow Rand, while in seventh and tenth
places were two other companies with which Anglo
is closely associated. South African Breweries and
Nedbank.
Through Sanlam (in second place) Rembrandt (ninth)
and Volkskas (fifteenth) Afrikaner monopoly
interests were also well represented, as was the
state in eighth (Through Industrial Development
Corporation)and twelfth position (through ISCOR)
Yet none came near to challenging Anglo American’s
position with over half the shares on the market
under its control.

Second: The Conservative Afrikaner:

From the 1970s, 24 years before ‘New Democracy’,
the Conservative Afrikaner was appointed to carry
the blame for Apartheid, and all the evils that
accompanied the National Party political philosophy.
This group, by the end of 1970, had been extruded
out of the National Party, through the use of the
Afrikaans bourgeoisie controlled media, that,
turned the NP into a party whose voters were the
Afrikaans bourgeoisie, and the English
working-class, including myself.
The reason why they were extruded from the National
Party, is that they were the Colonists, who would
never leave the Country, and they were the Colonists
who would never accept the Neo-Liberalist Economic
philosophy, the direction that South Africa,
was already moving to at the end of 1970.
So, in the 1960s, this Afrikaner Group, was not
trapped in the philosophy, sprouted in the
“living a lie” Neo-Liberalist, and here they become
the enemy of the Monopoly-Capital, the ruling
political order that reports to the Monopoly-Capital,
and the Media who reports to Monopoly Capital.
Since the 1970s, they have fought for their
language, their land, and everything that a Human
is entitled to, their fight is not against the
ANC, theirs is ethics, morality, and human-rights,
and off these fights for rights, Donald Trump
adopts an attitude towards the ANC.

Neo-Liberalism: English or Afrikaner, and the ANC:

With regard to “Living the Lie”, this is a production directed by the Monopoly Capital Neo-Liberalist, and conducted by Mr. Harry Oppenheimer, this manuscript I am quoting from, is published after the 1982 IMF Loan Application, this would not have taken place, unless their selected Black-Economic-Elite was confirmed and in place.

I am in possession of the only copy of “SOUTH AFRICAN REVIEW” ‘ONE’ published by Raven Press (Pty) (ltd) © SARS (South African Research Service) 1983 where I quote from it, I will use SAR.

I am quoting from

Craig Charney, a researcher from the USA, says it all
in the heading to his article
First paragraph
The political highlight of 1982 in South Africa was
the split in the ruling National Party (NP).
The split left the traditional image of white
politics as an English versus Afrikaans contest
obsolete. By the year’s end, almost one-half of the
Afrikaners had left the NP the split lay not in
the ideological clashed between verligtes and
verkramptes, but in the process of class
realignment.
As Dan O’Meara put it.
‘The verligte phenomenon was a response to the
emergence of a class of aggressive, self-confident
Afrikaans Capitalists, whose interests now went
beyond those of the narrow class alliances out of
which they had emerged. The crises facing South
Africa since the mid-1970s shattered the ethnic
class alliances of English and Afrikaans speakers
behind the parties.

The mid-1970s was when the Economic Elite of the World, started to take control of Politics, as part of the Neo-Liberalism philosophy that they were driving, and this splits the NP not on their ideological basis, but on Class.

The article then goes into great detail to show how the class statistics related to language and income was studied, and then in summary, page 148

Thus, the National Party’s class character has changed radically since 1948, along with that of Afrikanerdom itself. The party of the ‘little man’ and the Boerseun has become the party of the Afrikaner nouveaux riches and the English Workers.

page 151, Here the author comments on the National Party’s attitude to the Free Market / Neo-liberalism.

Lastly the corollary of the NP’s new commitment to
‘free enterprises’ is its declared opposition to
‘welfare statism’ for white and black. For example,
state housing aid will be restricted to the poorest,
while school fees are to be re-imposed to white
schools. Likewise, black township upgrading will
depend on increasing the contributions of residents.
In sum, the NP’s restructured ideology is
distinguishable from both verkrampte and liberal
viewpoints. The verkrampte stand for rigid racial
baasskap premised on a class alliance including
white workers and farmers.
The liberals seek a political and economic system
accommodating enough to attempt to incorporate the
ANC and co-opt aspirant bourgeois elements from all
races.
The verligte Nationalists seek only the economic
incorporation of the urban African working class,
and the political incorporation of coloured and
indian allies for a civil war against the ANC.

As I present this aspect, the conservative, on a class alliance including white workers and farmers, is the group that I see as part of the AfriForum / Solidariteit group, who had been reclassified as the lower class Afrikaner, by the Bourgeois Afrikaner, who moves into the English Capitalist world, and this desire to protect themselves and their Language appears to have developed when the Class Restructuring takes place in the 1970s, this group was being attacked by the Bourgeois Afrikaner, part of the Economic Elite, since the 1970s, and all our attacks today, would be influenced by the Economic Elite,

Now according to the Author, page 151 to 153; he discusses the limits to which the liberal Nationalists would go:

Page 153 The Limits to transformation
Thus, any federation created by the National Party
is likely to be nothing more than a system of
unrepresentative, multiracial regional oligarchies.
In sum, the National Party seems unable to defend
South African capitalism through a liberal solution
putting state power into the hands of a neo-colonial
black elite.
The NP cannot opt for a neo-colonial solution because
it represents colonists who do not intend to leave.

NOTE THIS IMPORTANT COMMENT:
This comment that I have presented in bold print,
the NP cannot opt for a neo-colonial solution because
it represents colonists who do not intend to leave,
and here I can talk as one of the colonists who do
not intend to leave, in 1982, the NP was not prepared
to consent to the Neo-Liberalism that was being
introduced throughout the world, as there were some
white NP supporters who did not intend to leave.

What, either PW Botha, or FW de Klerk do however do,
is to prepare the South African Economy for everything
that the Neo-Liberalist requires, except for the
conditions that Nelson Mandela would sign for in 1993.

The SAR author, by making this statement, as a final word on transformation, is making it very clear that the Neo-Liberalism philosophy, knows that the philosophy will hurt the majority of the population, so de Klerk was worried about me as a white colonist, why was the Liberal, who was in favour of the neo-colonial black elite, not concerned about the damage that would be done to the majority of our population.

The liberals seek a political and economic system accommodating enough to attempt to incorporate the ANC and co-opt aspirant bourgeois elements from all races.

As indicated in SAR in 1983 the ANC, by 1982, were their Selected-Black-Bourgeois-Political-Elite.

Barefoot Scientist asks if this is a ‘LIE’”

“We the ANC, we don’t believe in conflict; we only negotiate, and the rest of the world should follow.”

What happened in South Africa is no different to what Russia and the USA are doing right now, preparing for “negotiations”.

By claiming that South Africa negotiated its way to self-determination without conflict, is a lie.

It gives no respect to those who were involved in the Black on Black violence between 1984 and 1994, when the ‘popular class & the workers’, were fighting the Neo-Liberalist forces, which was a necessary struggle, that influenced the Neo-Liberalist final 1993 IMF agreement, which would not have happened till the ‘popular class & the workers’ were under control.

This statement does not give credit to the concept that the Self-Determination did not take place without great conflict, cost and loss of life, the South African conflict, was a regional conflict, and the International Neo-Liberalist, used the South African military and security forces, to reduces the ‘Africanist anger’ in South Africa, and our neighbouring countries.

I submit that the Politician and the Media, who submits that South Africa had negotiated their way to self-determination, is part of “Living the Lie”, the Neo-Liberalist, the late Mr Harry Oppenheimer, was in conflict with the Africanist from the 1950s, and many people died in this conflict because the Neo-Liberalist considered the ‘worker’ ‘the ‘popular group’ to be of a lower class, and a type of individual that you could never turn into a winner, and only a winner was allowed to extract wealth.

South Africa’s final negotiation, takes place in 1994, between Nelson Mandela and the Africanist community, at Soccer Stadiums around the Country, when the population had suffered from 1984 to 1994, their fundamentals of life destroyed, their livelihoods destroyed, Nelson Mandela is tasked to provide the expensive rituals, and make promises to the people.

When one of Russia and Ukraine have succumbed to the level that the Africanist population in South Africa had reached, a negotiation with the weakest will take place, and peace will be achieved.

Presently the USA and Iran are in conflict, yes, they should be negotiating, and the negotiations will come, but only when one of the parties is forced to succumb.

Till then, let our Politicians not prejudice our citizens by making unsubstantiated claims, South Africa has an “Inequality Emergency”, and our Neo-Liberalists are not negotiating with us yet.
